A Country and Western muscial event held at beautiful Lakeside Park where the Phleps brothers grew up across the street on Hull Street in South Norfolk. The Phelps Brothers starred on the stage,screen, radio, televsiosn and recordings starting in 1930. The had their own dancehall and recording studio at Fernwood Farms. They were enshrined in the Library of Congress in 2000 in the local Legacies program and the Legends of Music Walk of Fame in 2007. The festival is a celebration of their lives and musical accomplishments. The festival has several bands playing some of the brothers mucsic. Dancers, Singers, food and lots of fun for all ages. Pictures and memobilia of the Brothers is also on display for all to view.
